We focus on companies between 20 and 200 people. Series A+.
This size band is uniquely unforgiving. You can't afford the slack of a large company, but you can't move fast and break things anymore either. Every structural problem you ignore gets harder and more expensive to fix. At the same time, the day-to-day very much needs you. Delegation bounces back. Performance still needs your push.
It's also the best time to lay the foundations — because they haven't set yet. Change is still natural, and can be made to stick. What you build now will carry the load for a long time.

We also believe that change requires focus. Choose one thing and see it through. This is why we think in programs with a clear goal and charge a flat fee. No hourly billing, no scope creep.
We stay until it's done. We're with you when you need us, for as long as you need us. That is our commitment.

Every program starts with a short health check where we get to know your situation, you get to know how we work, and we both understand if we’re a good fit. We're selective about who we work with, and we expect you to be selective about who you bring in.
