Our Focus

We focus on companies between 20 and 200 people. Series A+.

This size band is uniquely unforgiving. You can't afford the slack of a large company, but you can't move fast and break things anymore either. Every structural problem you ignore gets harder and more expensive to fix. At the same time, the day-to-day very much needs you. Delegation bounces back. Performance still needs your push.

It's also the best time to lay the foundations — because they haven't set yet. Change is still natural, and can be made to stick. What you build now will carry the load for a long time.

How we work

We believe that change doesn't stick without the founder in charge. We help you drive it. We will not drive it for you.

We also believe that change requires focus. Choose one thing and see it through. This is why we think in programs with a clear goal and charge a flat fee. No hourly billing, no scope creep.

We stay until it's done. We're with you when you need us, for as long as you need us. That is our commitment.

Our Programs

Every program starts with a short health check where we get to know your situation, you get to know how we work, and we both understand if we’re a good fit. We're selective about who we work with, and we expect you to be selective about who you bring in.

  • Something is broken and slowing you down. We identify the root problem and help you fix it. Growth shouldn't stall because of a structural problem that has a known solution.

    2 months, or until it's fixed

  • Fundraising creates two predictable problems:

    the operations gap — the slowdown that builds while your attention is on investors,

    and the expectation choke — the pressure after the close that leads to rushed hires and unfocused spending that’ll cost you later.

    We help you go in prepared, keep the company moving while you're in conversations, and hit the ground running once the money is in.

    6 Months, or until after the round is closed
